James L Williams Middle East (JLW) is highly recognised in its market for quality of workmanship, its engineering excellence and the ability to deliver projects on time. JLW directly manages approximately 7,500 employees; 2,500 as direct employees, supplemented by 5,000 specialist sub-contractors under its management.

JLW has an impressive collection of high profile projects that are completed and an array of projects in the pipeline. These projects are based in the UAE, mainly Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Currently JLW are working on WAFI Hotel Complex & Mall Expansion with MKM Commercial Holdings, Expo – Sustainability District with Al Futtaim Carillion for Expo 2020, Masdar Neighbourhood Housing 2 with Six Construct for Mubadala, ICD Brookfield Place with Multiplex Ssangyong JV for ICD Brookfield, Al Maryah Central with Multiplex for Gulf Related, Bluewaters Development with Multiplex for Meraas, The Dubai Mall – Za’abeel Expansion with Dutco Construction for Emaar Properties.

JLW Middle East has completed the MEP works for the Oberoi Resort – Al Zorah Development in Ajman, PDP in Dubai, The One JLT for DMCC in Dubai, Masdar Headquarters in Abu Dhabi, Etihad Training Academy in Abu Dhabi, Standard Chartered Bank UAE Headquarters in Dubai, Langham Sea View Club and Hotel – Palm Jumeriah in Dubai, City of Lights which is part of the Abu Dhabi Reem Island development, Lifeline Burjeel Hospital in Abu Dhabi, Office Building Development in Abu Dhabi, Nadd Al Hamar Medical centre in Dubai, Dalma Mall project in Abu Dhabi, Al Quoz Neighbourhood Shopping Mall in Sharjah, Department of Defence Facility and Warehouse in Dubai, Deira City Centre Refurbishment in Dubai.
